Emotional Support
An empathetic, a reassuring hug, or even a good belly laugh can make a world of difference for new parents.
Hands-on Education
Learn soothing techniques, lactation, bath time practices, bottle-feeding assistance, typical newborn behaviours and expectations for postpartum recovery.
Practical Household Chores
Help your days run more smoothly by managing the baby’s laundry, doing dishes, and assisting with other practical tasks.
Partner, Sibling and Pet Support
Guidance for the whole family, including partners, older siblings, and pets to adjust to the new norm
Hours between 8 AM - 6 PM with a minimum of 4hr support visit
