Fridge Stocking Service
Walking into postpartum with a freezer full of food is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. As a certified perinatal nutrition professional, I spend one full day in your kitchen cooking and stocking your fridge and freezer with meals built specifically for your recovery - so you’re not standing at the stove (or ordering takeout) when you should be resting with your baby.
Nutrient-targeted menu: Every dish is planned around what your body needs most postpartum - iron, protein, choline and other recovery-critical nutrients - not just “freezer-friendly“
3 freezer-friendly mains + 2 one-handed snacks: Enough to carry you through roughly two weeks of meals and grab-and-go snacks, portioned and labeled for easy reheating.
Full-day, hands-on cooking: One full day in your home - I bring the plan and the cooking, you bring the groceries.
Menu built around your preferences: Whether it’s a specific type of protein or vegetarian meals, we can work around your preferences.
Freezer-organized and labeled: Everything left ready to grab, with a simple reheat guide so there’s zero guesswork later.

Why this service is worth it:
Think about what how exhausted you’d be the first few weeks of postpartum. You most likely won’t have the energy or capacity to cook nutritious meals, and the UberEats app starts to feel too easy to reach.
A single UberEats order for two adults, with fees and tip, easily runs anywhere between $80-$100. And that’s before you factor the 3am snack runs or the breakfasts you might order from Starbucks because you’re too tired to decide. Over 1-2 weeks, that adds up to $300~$400+ in delivery alone, for food that wasn’t made with your recovery in mind.
With a Fridge Stocking Service, the same weeks of meals is already made, already portioned, and built around what your body actually needs to heal - iron, protein, choline, and the nutrients that get overlooked when you’re grabbing whatever’s fastest.
You’re not just saving money on takeout. You’re trading decision fatigue and inconsistent nutrition for a few weeks of meals designed specifically for postpartum recovery.
